There is no chance. The axe has fallen. It won't be back. Sorry to sound harsh, but nobody has shown up with any work of note during this process, it is officially too late. Had there been struggles to get the work done and people fell short that would be different, but with no non-trivial work being done, with major items still open and with serious toolchain issues to surmount, it's a done deal.
