Additionally removing GH_ACCOUNT since it has the default value

cad/opencascade depends on this port for building the documentation with DOXYGEN, but I assume this does not qualify as a library change so no PORTREVISION bump is necessary, right?

Please check that the documentation of the dependent port still builds -- if so it looks good to me (also implicitely) :).

I agree, that there is no need to bump.
