rS333416: Report TRAP_BRKPT for breakpoint traps on sparc64.

Test Plan

I have not tested this, but I believe sparc64 is the only remaining platform that was not reporting a proper si_code for debugging-related SIGTRAPs. Note that this only fixes SIGTRAP, it does not properly set si_code for other traps on sparc64.
