As reported by portscout
The two other subprojects (MMD-Support and MultiMarkdown-6-Syntax-Guide)
haven't changed.

Test Plan

portlint -AC: OK
run test performed in 12i386
poudriere builds for {10.3,10.4,11.1}{amd64,i386} and 12i386 available at

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/z9ts1oo8zi2r5sm/AAA3O5--XLlzmWn1N7E5mNfAa?dl=0

I built the port with the default config and with all four options activated.
