Tweak openoffice-4 to use private copy of saxon and bump portrevision.

This requires a new version of the ext_sources tarball.

Modernize MASTER_SITES syntax and update MASTER_SITE for unowinreg.dll.

Update comment to take de facto mainternship.

This looks good to me

The change is fine (approved).
I should clarify that the version in Apache OpenOffice is older but it is only needed for older formats so it is not critical.

8–17	You don't need to add a `:src` for the source, there already is a default group which is called `:DEFAULT`, which is kinda good to use for the default files :-) Also, it'd keep the lines shorter :-)
