rP435511: Update to 1.1.2. Add an option for logging to disk and disk stats logging.

Summary

Update libtorrent-rasterbar and misc improvements: remove incorrect description for TEST option and add the separte test binaries to the plist, add a LOGGING option, pass the configure switch for the EXAMPLES option, clean cruft that may be in the docs dir, and prune configure args.

Poudriere 10.3/11.0 amd64/i386 including consumers (qBittorrent, deluge) OK
