Summary

Relying on the boot loader console configuration allows us to use a
common set of device hints for all SENTRY5 devices.

Depends on D7375

Test Plan

Check for correct initialization of uart1 console on WGT634U.
Check for regressions in uart0 console initialization on N16/N53.
