Summary

Some Caldera-no-preamble and BSD-3-Clause files under usr.bin/diff3
were missing the SPDX-License-Identifier-tag.

There is Caldera-no-preamble which makes this licensing bit more difficult. Is it needed anymore?

@bapt we tossed this one into phabricator because of the unusual license. Not sure if you've looked at this in any detail; is it possible that anything from Caldera has been replaced?

(Either way I will land this now, and we can update the header and SPDX tag later on if the Caldera text no longer applies.)
