Several cosmetic improvements suggested. Overall, it looks ok.

65	I would swap "его ему" на "PR Джону" for clarity.
119	Here and below: Дублирующие? "Повторяющиеся" sounds more like the same problem arises again and again while "дублирущие" is more about the same problem reported multiple times.
