R9:a75d3cf49552: HW Relnotes: Consolidate remaining Serial Interfaces
Summary

Adjust the note in USB Devices accordingly. Not all of these drivers
have hardware sections currently, so like Ethernet Switches, this is
going to need a few src commits before this can be landed.

I understand why uart and scc are first, but maybe they should be
sorted alphabetically?
