I don't know the exact policy, but my personal feeling is that for format/typo changes, I don't bump the date.
If this is for bumping a previous content editing without bumping the date, that it's fine.

I forgot to mention that this is a follow-up of https://reviews.freebsd.org/D49594. This patch applies the man improvement suggested by @ziaee and adds the missing date bump as it was spotted by @lwhsu .
