Summary
sysutils/rundeck2: deprecate port

sysutils/rundeck2 is no longer maintained by upstream and
our local maintainer rescinded maintainership.  Deprecate
and expire in 3 months.

It's fine but I would suggest rephrasing it a bit
(deprecated and) unsupported by upstream, consider using sysutils/rundeck3
