mailing-lists.adoc was outdated compared to master. Catch up with master instead of adding pieces one at a time.

• Sync with master, deleting elements not in the original and adding the missing ones.
• Use the same order to make checking and updating easier.
• Capitalize the first letter always as in the master doc.
• Leave es specific items at the bottom.

• Apply patch and render documentation.
• Additionally do a diff between mailing-lists.adoc in es and en
