mailing-lists.adoc was outdated compared to master. Catch up with master instead of adding pieces one at a time.
- Sync with master, deleting elements not in the original and adding the missing ones.
- Use the same order to make checking and updating easier.
- Capitalize the first letter always as in the master doc.
- Leave es specific items at the bottom.
