NLS can still be implemented by simply omitting these files from pkg-plist, but do this only if you want to.

fix GVFS_METADATA option: the MESON_TRUE bit was for a nonexistent OPTION

(side test: building with NLS not supported as help files are built with localisations unconditionally with msgmerge)
