Summary

This patch is part of the EDKII!

When sending some bhyve related patches to EDKII, I got the feedback that those patches should be discussed by the bhyve community first. So, I'm sending my patches to phabricator before sending them to EDKII now.

Due to some recent changes, it's possible to add QemuFwCfg support without breaking BhyveFwCtl. This patch adds QemuFwCfg support to bhyve's OVMF while keeping support for BhyveFwCtl too.

I'm going to add a patch for bhyve which add QemuFwCfg to bhyve (See D31578)
