Split up the __FreeBSD_version table per releases.

The very long table is hard to follow, I'm even wondering about putting each
table in a separate sect so that it goes into the TOC.

I think this is a good idea. To go a step further, would it be more useful to have the tables in major revision descending order? FreeBSD 12 first, then 11, 10, and so on. As it is, most readers will usually have to scroll to near the end.

The note about 2.2-STABLE at the end of the file should be moved to just after the FreeBSD 2 table.
