Summary

Removed ABS_SET, BSS_SET, and SET_ENTRY. They were initially
introduced in v1.1 to be used with a.out file. After the migration
to ELFs they are equivalent to TEXT_SET and DATA_SET.
Furthermore, these macros are never used in the src tree.

These macros were originally relevant for a.out files. Then they were removed in ~1999, and brought back in the linker set refactoring (commit f41325db5f16640212574a03b9a34e5ed4a884ca).
However, they remain unused and are just aliases for TEXT_SET/DATA_SET.
