rS298594: [iwm] restart the VAP if there's a firmware panic.
Summary

While it is ugly, this makes iwm pretty usable with a 7265 chipset (which is way
more stable than 7260). It keeps te crashes informations while restarting
automatically so it is not as painful as it used to be for average users.

Here at Essen Hackathong (gemarny) it crashed 3 times during the day without me
noticing!)
