[PATCH 5/7] aw_usbphy: look the VBUS regulators up when the PHY is enabled

Summary

awusbphy_init() runs at attach time, in the same bus pass as the RSB/I2C
bus that hosts the PMIC and before it in device tree order. A
usbN_vbus-supply provided by the PMIC (AXP803 ldo_io0 "vcc-usb" on the
PineTab) therefore does not exist yet, the lookup fails silently and the
hub ports never get power. Retry the lookup in phy_enable(), which the
host controller calls from its own attach once the PMIC is up.

This is redundant with https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=299345
I'm switching to Phabricator so I'm happy to close either one when the other
is merged.

This is not the correct fix, aw_rsb probably shouldn't attach at BUS_PASS_SUPPORTDEV as it's a BUS where PMIC lives, it should attach at BUS_PASS_INTERRUPT like a10_twsi.
Or maybe just simply move aw_usbphy to BUS_PASS_SUPPORTDEV + BUS_PASS_ORDER_LATE.
