devel/lua-language-server: Update to 3.19.2

Summary

This was a simple update of DISTVERSION followed by make makesum then built and tested.

I did check the sub-modules, by re-running submodules2tuple. They changed to have one character more in their hashes.
I therefore removed all related *_GH0.tar.gz for lua-language-server and redid a make fetch to verify old hashes are still fine. Since they are I'm leaving those alone so nobody else has to blow out their distcache.

Test Plan

make and make test still passing as well as a "smoke test" with my neovim config: all good.
