Update after other changes to zfsboot

Make proper use of geliboot

Allow GELI w/ EFI+BIOS (use a bootpool for now, until EFI supports GELI)

Add the loader password prompt if a bootpool is used.
boot2 will prompt for the password is geliboot is used instead of a bootpool
