I actually wanted to wait for the next tag just to see how often things get tagged before abandoning the current versioning scheme. Also there is not much of a difference between the ports version and the tagged 0.1.0. But i think if need be we could go with an interim version like 0.1.0.xxxxxxx, so go ahead and commit it.
