update www/varnish-nagios, unbreak build, fix dependencies

Summary

I tested the patch on behalf of PR ports/208024.

Since it unbreaks the port, I think it's a no-brainer.

Test Plan

portlint -a succeeded.

Poudriere tests: 10.2-release-amd64, 10.2-release-i386, 9.3-release-amd64, 9.3-release-i386 succeeded.

Don't use the current date as the date of the version. Use the date of the actual commit as the version number.
