Increase specifity of HARDWARE introductory sentence for the hardware
release notes [1]. You can see the ones I've done vs the ones todo. I
want to make them as uniform as possible, and have all the details SMBs
would need to use that document to look for hardware, if possible.
Should we do anything with the document description here too?
