19 ↗	(On Diff #13368)	I'm not actually sure what the `\\$4` means, but `.ND` allows an explicit date string to be specified. I thought about using `SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH`, but it would require some work in `share/mk/bsd.doc.mk` and I don't expect us to be adding more of this form of documentation in the future, so a small change in the source file itself seems reasonable.
