It is fine having the non-FreeBSD e-mail in the contacts header if Andrey prefers to use that one, but since here you are referencing him as a FreeBSD committer here, it is preferable to use its official FreeBSD e-mail address, so that his FreeBSD username is known to readers.

Also, we have a special macro for e-mail contacts> mailto.
