The only serious concern I have is about the Hat translation. Otherwise, it looks good.

127	The whole section sounds weird to me because of this "Шляпа". I'd seriously consider "Роль" instead. It is much better in 4.3 though.

127	Changed section to: Роль (hat) "Hat" (шляпа) является синонимом роли. Роль имеет определенные обязанности в процессе и ответственность за результат процесса. Роль выполняет действия. Четко определено, по каким вопросам участники проекта и люди вне проекта должны обращаться к ответственному, выполняющему эту роль. ("hat" is used for Russian readers, who can meet this word in English texts)
