This article, like the PGP keys article, is not well suited to the PO translation method. The source article is very small, but uses XML entities to include large portions of text. It can be translated, but the benefit is small. We need to develop a way to exclude those entities before creating the PO file, then include them when generating the translated article.xml.

I'm looking at ways to do that now. Nothing to report yet, but there are some leads. It would make translating things like this much, much easier.
