Add shortcut support to binmiscctl

Summary

Basic hooks to allow us to have shortcut style commands
for common use cases of binmiscctl

I would "#if 0" the dead code for now (rather than adding a 'return 0') to avoid upsetting the compiler god. Other than that, it looks fine.

Probably not going to work on this at any point. So, let's drop it and move on. New year, new goals.
