Ah n/m on cull question

I have a pending PR to add GCC 14 to Jenkins. Once that is live I'd probably like to switch this to GCC 14. Going forward I'd probably like to keep this non-manual job on the latest thing that is supported, but only once Jenkins is keeping us honest.
