Improve news section

Summary

Improve the news section and remove really old news entries
Also move newsflash to news page making it easier to maintain

A redirect wil be created from /news/newsflash to /news

I'm ok with 2012-compromise, or maybe ask secteam/clusteradm if they want to move to security/ or internal/.

The 1993 entry is a bit pity, that's where the name of the project came from, I believe it is meaningful and valued.

The 1996 one is a release entry. if we still keep other release in the news, maybe it's better to make them completed.

Thanks. I like the newsflash -> news change. If possible, I'd like it can be paged like https://www.freebsd.org/events/ so the first page only shows the latest news and could speed up the page loading.
