Details

Summary

etcupdate has been included in the base system since FreeBSD 10.0 and
this port was only useful for older OS versions where it was not
included in the base system.

LGTM. Normally you'ld need a period of deprecation before deleting a port, but in this case, since exactly the same code is present in the base system, I don't think that's necessary.
