Summary

devel/collada-dom: fix build under 14-CURRENT

Supply pkgconfig so minizip is found.  This stops the port from
building its own bundled minizip, avoiding build problems with
LLVM 15 as used on 14-CURRENT.

Tested with Poudriere on i386 amd64 FreeBSD 12.4 13.1.
