Update vim configuration details for using with vale. The previous patch missed some necessary steps as there has been a bug in vale which I am chasing at the moment.
The bug was initially mentioned by @salvadore which was not reproducing in my environment. But after some further digging it found out to be one. However the bug is limited to the scope of editor/IDE integration only.
