Summary

Remove redundant BROKEN_SSL.
After tpm2-tss update the package tpm2-tools build is failing with:
tpm2-tools-5.2 is marked as broken: does not build with
DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=ssl=openssl.

Can we fix it with the base openssl? Similar to https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=262569
