Summary

Stomp through the website CSS with muddy boots, clobbering everything that wants to make the fonts tiny and limit the width of the site to a narrow strip down the third of the monitor. Disregard any breakage this might cause, which is probably not visible due to the tiny fonts anyway.

Test Plan

See if it displays correctly. See if the four divisions of the original site work on various widths.
