With i386 moving to Tier 2, and aarch64 likely to move up to Tier 1 update
the choosing an architecture text to only mention them.

We do still have a reasonable number of 32-bit x86 users, even if it's now tier-2

They can still download an i386 image, however I think we should be encouraging people to use amd64 on 64-bit x86.
