The MOVED file needs to be updated.

@ale Please let us in case you want to continue to maintain the port. Otherwise we need to find another maintainer or reset maintainer to ports@.

Yeah, new ports can't have ports@ as maintainer, and I think that would apply by extension to restored ones.

Update MOVED and connect to the build

Given this is a simple port with almost zero dependencies and stopped development, the maintenance work should be zero. I can do it if nobody else wants to do it.

@ale I can do it as well (as I've already proceeeded to take this PR).
