rS368719: bsdinstall: remove VTOC8 partition scheme option
Summary

Now that sparc64 has been removed, there are no kernels built with
support for the VTOC8 partitioning scheme by default. Remove the option
from the installer, as it is unsupported on all installer images built
by re@.
