rP556617: emulators/elliott-803: Update to 0.1.8
Summary

Update to latest working version with the rather strange FPU
rounding that the 803 hardware uses. This version now runs X5 floating
point test without errors.

Test Plan

Check that testport is ok

poudriere testport -j 12_1-amd64 emulators/elliott-803
poudriere testport -j 12_1-i386 emulators/elliott-803

Build a package

poudriere bulk -j 12_1-amd64 emulators/elliott-803

Install and check that the emulatior will run the Algol60 compiler
then compile and run a simple test

emu803 -i -e hello-a60.script
