Summary

set kld_disbale=y or any value in the boot loader and that will
disable loading of the kld_list.

I wonder if this could be added/hooked up to the 'safe mode' option in the loader menu, to provide a nice user-interface for it.

Doesn't this need to be:

to actually run the command?
