rS362709: Update VFS_CHECKEXP.9 to reflect how it is currently used by the NFS server.
Summary

The description related to use of vfs_export_lookup() was out of date,
so I have tried to explain how it is currently used by the NFS server.

I also fixed the indentation for the arguments.
