rS359050: Add missing DTrace files for WITHOUT_CDDL=yes.

Test Plan

did a 'make delete-old' with WITHOUT_CDDL on a rootfs had previously had dtrace installed and found several files left in usr/libexec/dtrace and usr/share/dtrace. While searching the same rootfs for stale files, noticed dwatch was also still left.
