rP528604: Update to 10.0.0rc4.
Summary

Just needs a little ifdef tweak to do the same thing on FreeBSD as on Linux.
(Would be great if someone upstreamed that, possibly with a LINUX||FREEBSD thing instead of removing LINUX)
