Summary

This update contains Bug 193066, 193715, 193750, doing two things:

  1. Catch up the latest handbook architecture
  2. Translate "cutting-edge" chapter

This diff also has some minor fixes from me.

Verified that it builds without error. The CSS for the HTML version of the Handbook appears to be missing some things, like monospace fonts in <programlisting> elements.

This part will not be fixed in zh_TW only, right?

Additionally, PDF generation seems to be missing some fonts. I don't know how that works.

Yes I also got some reports recently, it seems broken due to encoding issue when we migrated from Big5 to UTF-8, I'll work on this later.

I don't know. The current docbook.css is correctly copied from /share/misc/, but <programlisting> or <screen> elements are not monospaced. See #bsdinstall-final-main for an example--the screen shot is proportionally spaced. This might also be a font issue, but I don't know how that works.

This is committed as r46538.
