Summary

Jakarta was renamved in the Apache Software Foundation and it is simply
Apache Commons now. OTOH, Jakarta EE is now the name of the umbrella project
used by the Eclipse Foundation to develop what Oracle used to call Java EE.

I currently only changed the related ports that are maintained by makc@ or
that don't have a maintainer. I would need pemrission from other maintainers
but since I don't have it yet, I will leave those for later.

Some ports should be either updated or deprecated but that's out of my scope for now.
