Summary

I noticed that 10.0 is listed in the Handbook, and is rapidly approaching EOL, but also noticed that there are no entities for 10.1.
Adding entities, and preserving existing ones for transition.

I think that 10.1 should just replace 10.0 for rel.current. Adding a rel1 just makes trying to use these in documents more difficult.

Isn't this part of releng@'s work? Adding Glen as he might know more about the process of switching these release-entities.

This technically should have been done as part of wrapping up the 10.1-RELEASE (which I forgot to do), but anyone can do it.
