rS342106: [mv_pci] Do not attempt to attach disabled PCI ports

Summary

Armada 385 has 4 PCIE ports but depending on hardware some of them are
disabled. For instance armada-385-linksys-rango.dts enables only two ports.
Add check to probe method to skip disabled ports.
