Test Plan

• poudriere builds for {10.4,11.1}{amd64,i386},11.2amd64,12i386 OK

I also testbuild both dependant ports (devel/m17n-lib and
textproc/p5-Unicode-LineBreak) for {10.4,11.1}{amd64,i386}

I would say the bumps are not necessary, but then again, it bumps only two ports :)
